Under no circumstances do we accept returns on any open products. Please understand that due to the nature of our products, they are likely to have been in contact with your mouth, blood, body secretions, vagina or anus. We realize that this is an inconvenience for the buyer, but rest assured that all products are visually inspected before being shipped. If you can clearly see a manufacturing defect before opening your package, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply describe exactly where the problem lies, and we will explain the return procedure. If you decide to return items for any other reason than for a deffect, you HAVE TO CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your package. There will be a 5$ restocking fee for Items that have a value of less than $30, a $10 restocking fee for Items that have a value of less than $100 but more than $30, and a 20$ restocking fee for Items that have a value of more than $100. The restocking fees are per item and not per order. Your refund (less the restocking fees) will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item. The shipping fees are not refundable. If you are not certain about a product, ask us for more information before buying it. DO NOT return boxes without notifiying us. All refunds are subject to approval, simply returning your shipment DOES NOT make you eligible for a refund. All decisions related to refunds are left to the sole discretion of MPAK.
